Training Registration:
Teacher
Training applications are accepted
up two weeks before the course.
Payment is due in full no later
than 2 weeks prior to the course.
To begin the registration process,
please complete the on-line
application. We will get back
to you promptly. To register,
we require a 50% deposit ($1375.00
per course) to secure your space.

You can use the link again to
make a full payment. We will
respond within a week to let
you know you are registered.
To generate a reciept, simply
print the page from Pay-pal.
If you need a receipt on Maya
Yoga letterhead, please request
a receipt by mail.
Workshop
and Intensive Registration:

so we may confirm registration.
Receipts
will be sent by mail upon request.
Refund
Policy:
Cancellations no later than
30 days prior to the course
will receive a full refund less
a $100 processing fee. Cancellations
with less than 30 days advance
will receive a 50% refund less
$100 fee. The other half can
be transfered to a teacher training
course within the next year.
Last minute cancellations, less
than two full days advance,
will receive no refund, but
50% can be transfered to a training
course within the next year.
