Feel free to contact us with questions about the content to determine which program is appropriate for you at this time. Do I have to have a yoga practice already to participate in the first training? No, yoga is for everybody! But, to get the most out of your time with us, try watching a video, reading a book, and of course, exploring your own asana practice, whatever it may be at this time.
