This 5 day intensive with Eddie will be more reflective in nature as you find your way into various postures, usually on the floor but not limited to, and stay there to see what happens. In order to explore the more intermediate to advanced postures that yoga has to offer, you have to open your hips. Come prepared to dive deep as Eddie provides you with valuable information for your yoga practice to carry with you into the rest of your life.
